- Call Monitoring and sharing feedback
- To be able to coach new hires/existing staff on their communication skills, soft skills, rapport building, telephone etiquette and monitor their progress
- To conduct training on communication for new hires as well as refresher training for existing staff.
- Maintain daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports for the training team.
- Candidate must have minimum 6 months of experience in V&A training / grammar / communication / soft skills/language training / call barging / sharing feedback
- Call center / BPO background is a must.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills. Good Neutral accent, no grammatical errors & should be able to comprehend well
- Good observation and monitoring skills
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
- Good Presentation skills
